Oshi is an online casino that has been operating since 2015. With a large game selection, numerous bonuses, and secure payment options, it’s no wonder why many players have chosen Oshi as their go-to platform for online gaming.
Brand Overview
The brand’s name “Oshi” can be translated from Japanese to mean “cheering on” or “encouragement”. The casino’s mascot is a friendly monkey, which adds https://jynxnightclub.co.uk/ a lighthearted and playful touch. The website has undergone several redesigns over the years but maintains its modern look with dark blue hues.
The main languages of support are English, Russian, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Swedish, Finnish, Greek, Norwegian, Polish, Danish, Bulgarian, Croatian, Hungarian, Indonesian, Thai, Vietnamese and Japanese. It’s worth noting that not all areas of the site may be available in every language. There is a limited selection of games from software providers like NetEnt and Evolution Gaming for non-English speakers.

The VIP Program guarantees bigger, more frequent promotions – these range from increased cashouts and higher stakes limits to priority assistance services.
To activate the new player bonus code and its subsequent free spins you must adhere to an applicable minimum deposit. Oshi’s help section mentions ‘deposit/withdrawal limitations’.

- The maximum deposit amount is $11,000.
- Daily withdrawal limits apply depending upon VIP Program level – 5x the first three levels or no limit.

Mobile Version

So long as you have an up-to-date web browser on your device it should function smoothly for mobile users across iOS and Android platforms alike – though not necessarily all features or functionalities may work in the exact same way as on PC desktop.
Security and License
All transactions are processed using 256 bit SSL encryption technology ensuring that sensitive user information (including passwords) remains secure. Oshi operates under license no. C-58352 issued to ProgressPlay, its parent company, by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA). This permit covers online betting on several forms including poker rooms but specifically not includes lotteries.
Customer Support
There is an exhaustive FAQs section dedicated towards handling frequent questions related primarily around account & game operations alongside customer support. Players may also be contacted via Live chat service available 24/7, e-mail (support@oshi.io) or mail (if in the UK).
Their live chat system can process basic requests but doesn’t have advanced problem-solving functionality which it’s been reported some users experienced as having before – sometimes requiring an eMail to their support address.
User Experience
Generally speaking, Oshi has good page loading times although user interaction was slower when navigating within more detailed sections of the website. Navigating across subdomains such as the site map for example takes up a bit longer than you might expect due largely because it involves multiple redirects between HTML files which impacts responsiveness.
When clicking on buttons and links throughout, each performed well in terms of speediness while animations didn’t freeze up completely even during more demanding gameplay scenarios.
